Such an issue can occur due to various reasons that include, printer and PC are not connected to the same network, wrong network security key, the printer is placed far from the router or PC, etc. if your Samsung Printer says Offline, then the first thing you should do is restart the printer machine and check the connections. Make sure to enter the correct password for your WiFi password. Also, check if the “Use Printer Offline” option is on and turn it off.
