  I was looking at different caterpillar machines for sale and there seemed to be several machines with a ‘D’ rating. How do Bulldozers and tractors end up getting a D rating? I mean, am I the only one confused by this? I don’t know...  moreI was looking at different caterpillar machines for sale and there seemed to be several machines with a ‘D’ rating. How do Bulldozers and tractors end up getting a D rating? I mean, am I the only one confused by this? I don’t know but something does not add up.
