  This method can be used to prepare almost any type of food.
  Fast food is the name given to it because it is more alliterative than quick food, which is what it should be called. The food does not have a speed of its own.

  If you do get a moment to pause and take a deep breath, it won't be long before your phone rings or your inbox fills up with messages.
  Being busy has become the norm, and even when you do have free time, it doesn't stay long and is quickly consumed.
  We find ourselves being busier and busier, while losing productivity as a result of a world full of people who believe that having any amount of spare time is a terrible thing and that every moment ought to be filled with something. I used to spend my free time watching live tv channels where i watched dramas, movies, seasons,music etc.  less
